Set up in 1757 by Chinese Phuc Kien merchants at Hoi An, the
building has been repaired and renovated many times. Phuc Kien Assembly
Hall is used for genies and ancestors worship And a meeting place of the
Chinese Phuc Kien people as well.
This private house, constructed in 1780, is two floors of
combined architectural influences. The first floor's central roof is
four-sided, showing Japanese influence, and the upstairs balcony has a
Chinese rounded "turtle shell "roof with carved beam supports.
This temple was built in the middle of the 17th century to
worship Quan Cong, the most famous general of the “ Three States” time
(in Chinese history) who is the resplendent symbol of morality: faith,
loyalty, frankness, righteousness.
Located at 101 Nguyen Thai Hoc Road, Hoi An Town, Quang Nam
Province, Tan Ky House was constructed almost two centuries ago as the
house of a Vietnamese merchant.
The bridge was built by the Japanese trading community in 1593
to link them with the Chinese quarter on the other side of a small

In 1802, the Tran family ancestor house of worship was built by a mandarin of civil service named Tran Tu Nhac.

In 1783, Nguyen Anh was defeated by Tay Son and ran away to
Con Dao Island. Together with fishermen, Lord Nguyen Anh founded three
villages: An Hai, An Hoi, and Co Ong.
Binh Chau Thermal Springs are located 70km east of Vung Tau
City. Covering an area of 1km2, Binh Chau Thermal Springs consist of
many lakes and ponds joining through an underground pool of mineral
water coming from a network of 70 main sources.
This monastery was built on a hill from 1969 to 1974. The
monastery has a flag pillar, a symbol of an ancient lotus stupa. Among
the many items to observe are the 42 stairs paved with bricks, a 3.5-ton
bell, intricate mosaic work, and a 12-m Buddha statue.
The site of the pagoda occupies an area of 6ha on the side of
Big Mountain. The beauty of the 19m high pagoda lies in the harmonious
combination between the natural surroundings and the architectural
structure.
Every Saturday, the picturesque mountain village of Sa Pa comes alive with shoppers who know what they want: love.
Eight miles (13km) from Sapa is the Thac Bac Water fall (the
one in the picture). You can get here easily on a motorbike.
This architectural construction made of a porch and walls was
built in 1630 to protect the remote capital of Phu Xuan of the Nguyen
Dynasty.
Tien Son Cave, originally called Dry Cave, lies in Phong Nha -
Ke Bang tourist complex that comprises natural beauty-spots in Quang
Binh Province (central Vietnam).
According to legend, the people around this area used to see a
vision of an old lady appearing on the hill where the pagoda now sits.
The Palace of Supreme Harmony houses the thrones of the 13 emperors in the Nguyen Dynasty from Gia long to Bao Dai.
Cultural characteristics of Hue such as its cuisine, royal
court music and royal architecture are being exploited effectively.
Ngo Mon was constructed in 1833 during the reign of Emperor
Minh Mang. The gate leads to the Imperial Palace and was the observation
point for the Emperor to review his troops and for ceremonial use.
The Citadel is a square enclosure with a circumference of 10,000 m, a height of 6.6 m and a thickness of about 21 cm.
The Nguyen Dynasty (1802-1945) is the last of Vietnam's Royal
families. In all, there were 13 kings, however, due various reasons,
only seven had tombs.
Upon arriving in Ha Long city, the visitor will be driving
along 'Bai Chay 'or scorched beach. The sand on this stretch of beach is
dark.
Bo Nau Cave (Pelican Cave) is not as deep and large. Looking
out from the cave the visitor can enjoy the scenic beauty of Ha Long.
Hang Dau Go (Wooden Stakes Cave) is one of the most beautiful
cave at Ha Long. The name, Dau Go or Giau Go, has direct ties to the
history of Vietnam.
Hang Trinh Nu (Virgin Cave) is also known as Mid Gate cave.
According to local lore, an old couple lived here long ago.
Poem Mountain stands over the city of Hon Gai. On his visit to
Ha Long, King Le Thanh Tong (15th century) wrote a poem glorifying Ha
Long's beauty.
Sung Sot Cave is on the same island with Trinh Nu cave. The
path to Sung Sot is quite steep and is lined with shady trees.
